Villkor för bokningar - 2012!
Viktig info - detta gäller även de som bokar genom RGR Travel & Event AB.
1. Prices are inclusive of VAT @ 20%.
2. Space may be secured only upon receipt of £50 non-refundable deposit per person per package.
3. There can be no refund on tickets purchased for events.
4. Package balances must be paid in full by June 1st.
5. No refunds will be made on balances if cancellation is after June 1st.
6. We cannot guarantee nor confirm the hotel of your choice if the balance is not paid by June 1st.
7. Extra nights at the following rates (based on double occupancy):
Apollo Court £35 per person per night, Adelphi, Jurys Inn, Thistle, Heywood House and Radisson Hotels £55 per person per night, and Marriott Hotel £65 per person per night.
8. Accommodation alterations to confirmed package bookings after the 1st of June will incur a £20 administrative charge. This does not include booking extra nights or extra tickets.
9. There are a small number of jacuzzi and superior rooms at The Adelphi and Heywood House Hotels at a premium of £30 per room, per night.

10. CCT cannot be held liable for any losses incurred by people during their stay; nor is CCT liable for late cancellation due to customer illness or mis fortune. CCT strongly urges customers to arrange their own travel insurance.
11. Cavern City Tours Limited reserve the right to change the billing and timing of any event at any given time without prior notice.
